A light yellow straw colour teeming with strings of tiny bubbles. An abundant fruity nose of Granny Smith apple, peaches, pears with hints of brioche. Melba toast with blackberry compote, ripe red plums, mango, litchi and pineapple delight the palate. A mineral creaminess lingers in the aftertaste. Serve cold at 7°C.
