Growing up on a wine farm created special childhood memories. I spent many hours in the vineyards and cellar learning from my innovative father, Nicky, and pioneering grandfather, NC. It was inevitable that I would study viticulture and eventually winemaking.

Life then threw me a few curveballs and I moved away from the wine world. In 2008 I founded Old Orchard Farm cordials and bought Rootstock Vegi Crisps and spent the next decade growing these businesses. However, I was yearning for my true passion. Hence, it was time to plant vines and make bubbly (though not necessarily in that order).

Every vintage hones my skills by teaching me new lessons. My dad continues to be an inspiration and my mentor, having made bubbly without added sulphur from his maiden vintage.
